Only what you choose to give us when you contact us or request a quote through the website chat, by email, or on social media: your name, email address, phone number, the address or area to be cleaned, and the details of your request.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare and schedule your cleaning and follow up on that same request. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

The website runs on Google Firebase, which stores the messages and requests you send and delivers notifications to our team. That provider processes information only to provide this service.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (including BC’s Personal Information Protection Act and PIPEDA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing brian@kingsofcleaningbyo.ca.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations.

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
